For twenty-five years, AMSOIL has demonstrated that they are the Performance Leader. Not just in the laboratory, but also through actual field demonstrations and in tightly controlled testing. Millions of miles have been driven and thousands of oil analysis have been run. These are just some of the field test results proving that AMSOIL is the Performance Leader.

• AMSOIL Field Test on Freightliner FLD-120 - Utilizing oil analysis with AMSOIL Series 3000 5W-30 Heavy Duty Diesel Motor Oil, and incorporating AMSOIL Series 2000 75W-90 in the differentials, and AMSOIL Power-Shift Transmission Fluid, the motor oil stayed serviceable for 212,326 miles without an oil change, experienced significant declines in wear rates, and an overall fuel mileage increased of 8 percent.

• Controlled Field Test on Class 8 Tractor-Trailers - Field Test shows an 8.2% increase in fuel mileage with the use of AMSOIL Series 3000 Synthetic 5W-30 Heavy Duty Diesel Motor Oil, AMSOIL Series 2000 Synthetic 20W-50 Motor Oil in the Transmissions, and AMSOIL Series 2000 Synthetic 75W-90 Gear Lube in the Differentials.

• Mack Truck Engine Tear-Down after 409,000 miles without an oil change - After 630,000 total miles, and the last 409,000 without an oil change, a Virginia Mack Truck Dealership inspects the Mack engine, under the watchful eye of an Engine Rater from Lubrizoil, and determines the engine has no more wear than an engine using conventional oil and an oil change interval of 10,000 miles, thanks to AMSOIL Synthetic 15W-40 Heavy Duty Diesel and Marine Motor Oil, AMSOIL By-Pass oil filters, and a diligent oil analysis program.

• Dyno Test Comparisons! - Engine builders have consistently reported AMSOIL Series 2000 Synthetic Motor Oils deliver more torque and horsepower than other oils do in dyno-testing.

• N.Y. City Taxi Cab Field Test - AMSOIL and a New York City taxi cab fleet conducted a joint demonstration of the long drain capability of AMSOIL Synthetic Motor Oil, Full Flow Filters and By-Pass Filters. Also discussed is the experiences over 10 years of Schumacher Cab in Bismark, North Dakota, using AMSOIL Synthetic Motor Oil, Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid and Synthetic Grease.

• Clark County Field Test -- In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of AMSOIL 15W-40 Synthetic Heavy Duty Diesel and Marine Motor Oil and the AMSOIL Duel-Gard filtration system in reducing operating expenses, AMSOIL began an ongoing field test in October 1998 with the bus fleet of the Clark County Board of Mental Retardation & Developmental Disabilities (MR/DD) in Springfield, Ohio.
