AMSOIL 15W-40 Diesel Motor Oils
AMSOIL Synthetic Heavy-Duty Diesel and Marine 15W-40 Motor Oil and AMSOIL Semi-Synthetic 15W-40 Motor Oil have been put to the test over millions of miles in heavy-duty trucks.

They are proven to provide unsurpased engine protection, even when they are used much longer than conventional diesel oils are used. Specially blended long-life formulation resists oxidation and thermal breakdown. Outstanding lubricity provides unbeatable wear protection and maximum fuel efficiency. Contains performance additives for acid and soot control.

Extended drain capabilities reduce downtime and motor oil expense. Its unique synthetic formulation, improved detergent/dispersant capabilities, and long drain additive package ensure maximum engine protection, cleanliness and performance over extended drain periods. AMSOIL Synthetic Diesel and Marine Oil is significantly more shear stable than conventional motor oils, retaining its viscosity at temperatures and loads that break down conventional oils. Recommended for the longest service interval established by the engine, vehicle or equipment manufacturer. Drain intervals may be extended based on oil analysis. Compatible with all exhaust treatment devices and designed to extend the service life of particulate filters. Replaces 5W-40, 10W-40 and 15W-40 viscosity oils and is "backwards compatible" with pre-2007 diesel engines.

Transmission Fluids and Gear Lubes
AMSOIL Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluids and Gear Lubes deliver maximum power and fully protect hard-working drivetrains. Synthetics, of course, deliver maximum power because their molecular structure best reduces friction, a big power-eater. And they protect best, even in temperatures that gel or fry conventional lubes. That’s critical, given the incredible drivetrain heat generated by heavy-load operations and the temperature extremes in which diesels often work.

Synthetic Automotive Greases
AMSOIL synthetic automotive greases are extreme pressure fortified NLGI #2 CG/LB products. Each offers outstanding wear and extreme pressure protection, load carrying capacity, friction reduction, low temperature pumpability, thermal stability, storage stability, oxidation inhibition, rust and corrosion inhibition, water washout resistance and extended service life.

AMSOIL Series 2000 Synthetic Racing Grease is formulated for high-temperature/high-speed applications, such as wheel bearings. Yet, its outstanding load-bearing capacity suits it for use in low-speed bearings, such as heavy duty steering knuckles. Series 2000 synthetic Racing Grease offers the load-bearing capacity of a heavy-duty grease without sacrificing the high-temperature protection of a multi-purpose.

AMSOIL Synthetic Multi-Purpose Grease is formulated for high-speed/ high-temperature applications, such as wheel bearings. AMSOIL Synthetic Multi-Purpose Grease is also available in a handy spray formulation.

AMSOIL Synthetic Heavy Duty Grease is formulated for low speed/high load applications, such as heavy-duty steering knuckles. It is a “moly” fortified grease to handle extreme load situations.

AMSOIL Synthetic Water Resistant Grease (NLGI #1-1/2) is formulated for applications with frequent water exposure, such as boat trailer and tow vehicle wheel bearings. Testing shows AMSOIL Synthetic Water Resistant Grease loses 47 percent less mass to water spray-off and 43 percent less mass to water washout than conventional greases do.

EaBP By-Pass Filters
Engine wear is caused by dirt and agglomerated soot particles larger than 5 microns. AMSOIL EaBP Filters are high efficiency by-pass filters that also remove soot. The two stage pleated and layered cellulose/full synthetic media has an efficiency rating of 98.7 percent at two microns. These filters remove 39 percent of soot contaminants less than one micron. At normal operating RPMs the EaBP Filter will filter all of the oil in a typical five quart sump in less than 10 minutes.

EA Air FiltersFilters
The AMSOIL Ea Air Filters incorporate nanofiber technology which has been used exclusively in severe and heavy duty applications. AMSOIL Ea Filtersare more efficient and have greater capacity than cellulose and wet gauze filters, effectively extending engine and filter life and reducing engine wear. Cleaning of EA Filters with a shop vacuum or law pressure shop air is recommended every 25,000 miles or one year, and they have total service life of 100,000 miles or four years.

Diesel Additives:

  AMSOIL Diesel Concentrate Performance Fuel Additive -- AMSOIL Diesel Concentrate (ADF) provides maximum diesel operating efficiency. It compensates for the variances in quality of different fuels (including biodiesel) and the deficiencies of today’s Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel fuel (ULSD) for better engine operation. New engine technology, tighter tolerances and emission regulations require high-quality diesel fuel for long-term engine operability. AMSOIL Diesel Concentrate meets the low sulfur mandate. It improves diesel fuel quality to exceed today’s stringent performance requirements. AMSOIL Diesel Concentrate extends equipment life, lowers operating costs and improves diesel performance.

  Cold Flow Diesel Fuel Deicer -- AMSOIL Cold Flow Improver for diesel fuel is designed for use in Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel fuel (ULSD) and conventional fuels. It functions by modifying wax crystal formation at low temperatures to depress the pour point and improve cold flow filtration properties. AMSOIL Cold Flow Improver contains jet fuel-type deicer to help prevent ice formation in fuels contaminated with water. It is recommended for use with all diesel engines and is compatible with diesel exhaust particulate filters (DPFs).

  Cetane Boost Diesel Fuel Additive -- Improves low temperature starting, fuel ignition quality and reliability while improving combustion efficiency and increasing power in diesel engines.
