AMSOIL Ea Air Filters

AMSOIL Ea Air Filters represent a major breakthrough in filtration technology. The revolutionary nanofiber technology used in AMSOIL Ea Filters captures more dirt, holds more dirt and allows better air flow than conventional air filters. AMSOIL Ea Filters improve engine performance and help engines last longer. AMSOIL Ea Air Filters hold 15 times more dust than a wet gauze type filter.

AMSOIL Ea Air Filters are the most efficient filters available to the car/light truck market. Ea Air Filters synthetic nanofiber media removes 2.5 times more dust than traditional cellulose filter media alone and 50 times more dust than wet gauze filter media. AMSOIL Ea Air Filters have a service life of 100,000 miles or four years, whichever comes first.

Injen/AMSOIL Diesel Air Intake Systems

Injen/AMSOIL Diesel Air Intake Systems increase the amount of oxygen available to the engine, increasing power. Because cool air has a greater density than hot air, Injen/AMSOIL Diesel Air Intake Systems improve combustion of the fuel by capturing cooler air from the outside of the engine compartment. AMSOIL EaAU Air Induction Filters

AMSOIL EaAR Racing Air Filters

AMSOIL Ea Racing Air Filters (EaAR) are specially designed for racing and street rod enthusiasts who desire AMSOIL Ea protection in carbureted applications. AMSOIL Ea Racing Air Filters are constructed with the same synthetic nanofiber media as other AMSOIL Ea Air Filters.

AMSOIL custom EaAR Filter assemblies are designed for racing applications. They incorporate good looks and excellent air flow in addition to the high efficiency afforded by AMSOIL Ea nanofiber technology. These custom air cleaner assemblies are designed for use with carbureted engines that use a 14" round air cleaner housing. The kits feature the common 14" diameter carburetor plate, air filter and high air flow lid along with a 2", 3", 4" 5" or 6" -high filter. Replacement filters, air flow lids and carburetor plates are also available individually.

PowerCore^tm Air Filters

AMSOIL offers premium air filters that utilize PowerCore^tm filtration technology for Ford 6.0L Diesel PowerStroke^tm and GM H2 Hummer 6.0L Vortec^tm applications. The rugged structure of PowerCore^tm filters features an innovative, layered, fluted filter media, which allows air to enter an open flute while forcing it out an adjacent flute, allowing only clean air into the engine. Dirty air is effectively filtered and cleaned in only one pass through the media.

7.3L PowerStroke Air Induction System

The new air induction system brings better performance to Ford owners. Diesel engines need clean, unrestricted air for optimal performance. The new Donaldson 7.3L PowerStroke Diesel air induction system with PowerCore technology provides better air filtration through better engineering.

The PowerCore Air Induction System (PCIS73) replaces the present air intake system and utilizes a Donaldson PowerCore filter to provide unmatched performance and filtering efficiency on 1999 through 2003 model year F-250 to F-550 Super Duty trucks and SUVs with 7.3L PowerStroke Diesel engines.

AMSOIL High Tack Foam Filter Oil

AMSOIL Foam Filter Oil has long provided users of AMSOIL air filters with a high level of air flow and superior particle removal. Now, five years of research, testing and development have yielded a new and improved Foam Filter Oil formulation. New AMSOIL High Tack Foam Filter Oil is a special blend of synthetic polymers that allows maximum air flow and increased particle removing efficiency and capacity. High Tack Foam Filter Oil stays in place throughout service life, resists washout from carburetor fogging and will not plug foam filter cells, while its new red color helps ensure even oil coverage across the entire filter.

AMSOIL High Tack Foam Filter Oil was tested with AMSOIL 2-Stage Foam Filter media under the SAE J726 test methodology, yielding an efficiency rating of 99.5 percent. High particle removing efficiency is critical in preventing engine wear, keeping equipment running at peak efficiency and improving fuel efficiency.

AMSOIL High Tack Foam Filter Oil is available in its traditional form and a new and convenient aerosol spray. Because it offers users quick and convenient application, the new spray formulation is a boon for power sports enthusiasts.

Applying High Tack Foam Filter Oil

For best performance, apply a generous amount of High Tack Foam Filter Oil and work it into the foam media. Squeeze out excess oil, leaving a uniformly oiled filter.

A properly oiled filter will feel oily or tacky to the touch on both the outer and inner surfaces, but should not be dripping oil.

When reinstalling the air filter, apply a thin film of AMSOIL Multi-Purpose Grease on the foam base to insure a leak free seal between the filter and housing.

AMSOIL Foam Air Filter Cleaner

New AMSOIL Foam Air Filter Cleaner (FFC) is a specially formulated high quality detergent offering quick, efficient and easy cleaning and preservation of AMSOIL Power Sports Air Filters, TS filters and other wetted gauze and motor and power sports foam filters. Its spray application offers maximum convenience, speed of application and even coverage. Simply spray cleaner liberally on both sides, allow to soak for 15 minutes, rinse thoroughly with low pressure water and allow to completely air dry before applying AMSOIL High Tack Foam Filter Oil.
